Karmic medicine III: Man proposes, God disposes!

E-mail Print PDF

Communication is a great way to help each other, to make fewer mistakes and transform life into a wonderful garden, where the flowers of happiness can bloom.

An old saying states that: “Man proposes and God disposes”. Indeed, human beings believe that everything should go the way they want and cannot see that, in facts, everything that happens occurs only in agreement with God’s will. Given this, what can human beings do in order to understand what God wants? How can we learn to listen to God’s voice in our lives?

First of all, it is very important that we discern how we can come to learning this. In talking to you, I do not say anything out of my own mind, but share with you the knowledge that I have received from the Divine Source through my own Master. All the stories I shall tell you are God’s lessons.

Where does the disappointment in medicine come from? This, originally, was the outcome of the misunderstanding of fundamental basic concepts based on the true and honest wish of helping people.

Let us focus on Karmic Medicine. In what way is Karmic Medicine different from straight forward, ordinary medicine? In a sense it would be great if everyone could find this out through personal search. When, however, you want to apply Karmic Medicine, it is by far better to address yourself to the school as, here, you can truly study it in its depth, bearing in mind that here there is always room for those who search with an open mind.

As a way of making clear what Karmic Medicine is, all about, let me tell you a personal experience.

I was on duty at the hospital where I worked and the patients’ bed time has already come. The medical staff hanged around gathering around the television, killing their time whilst waiting for possible emergency patients to come. Normally, when doctors gathered in the office, they normally puffed away on hundreds of cigarettes, filling the air with their terrible smoke. As in this atmosphere I hardly could breathe, I decided to go for a walk.

Spring was in the air, the trees were in full bloom and the street was filled with the appealing fragrances of the season. I kept on looking up at the stars. Millions of stars shone from the firmament…My consciousness started to expand whilst grace poured into my heart. The supreme feeling coming from my Teacher permeated the whole of my body.

In the distance I heard the piercing sound of an ambulance, its sirens breaking wildly the silence of the night. I thought: “Someone is being hospitalised. Someone needs to be tended to! What a strange place a hospital: doctors are quite sick themselves, because they lead a life ridden with lots and lots of bad habits. What to say about families? They do exist, but in them there is no happiness at all! People work the whole day long, keep themselves busy with no matter what and fail seeing the world in which they live”.

As I got to the hospital, I was summoned to the meeting area. Even if no one was in need of surgery, I would still be called there as people who knew that as a doctor I had a spiritual outlook very often called me for help.

That night, a small 5 years old boy with a severe asthma attack had been taken in by his mother, who happened to be a surgery nurse who, knowing that I was on duty for the night, had specifically asked that they called me.
